If you're not receiving an expected email from Board.Vision, it could be one of the following reasons: 


1) The email may be delivered to the spam/junk email folder. 


2) You are using a different email account which is not registered in Board.Vision.


3) Your email provider may be blocking email notifications from Board.Vision. Get your IT Personnel to unblock or whitelist notifications@board.vision to start receiving email notifications from Board.Vision.
