Board.Vision App Won’t Open or Keeps Crashing

If the Board.Vision app is not responding or keeps crashing, try the following steps:


1. Force Quit the App and Reopen It


On iPhone X or later / iPad with Face ID

  1. Swipe up from the bottom of the screen and pause in the middle.

  2. Locate the Board.Vision app in the app switcher.

  3. Swipe up on the app to close it.

  4. Reopen the Board.Vision app.


On iPhone 8 or earlier / iPad with Home Button

  1. Double-click the Home button.

  2. Locate the Board.Vision app in the app switcher.

  3. Swipe up on the app to close it.

  4. Reopen the Board.Vision app.


2. Reinstall the App

  1. Open the Settings app.

  2. Tap GeneraliPhone Storage (or iPad Storage).

  3. Select Board.Vision.

  4. Tap Offload App, then tap Reinstall App.


3. Restart Your Device

Restart your iPhone or iPad, then open the Board.Vision app again.


4. Check for Updates

Ensure that:

  • Your device software is updated to the latest version.

  • The Board.Vision app is updated via the App Store.
