If you tap on the Board.Vision app and see below screens, this could be caused by: 



1) Your mobile Javascript has been switched off. 

To switch on your Javascripts, click here for steps to switch on your Javascript.


2) No network connectivity. You would need to switch on the Wi-Fi on your device or ensure 
that you are connected mobile data plan.


Important Note: You will need to force quit the app, then open it again.
