Your OTP will be blocked if you have requested the one-time password (OTP) five times and did not input the OTP for verification. 


To resolve this issue, you will need to contact Board.Vision Customer Support to unblock your account. 


Alternatively, you can get an alternate OTP by using the Authy App.
