If you had encountered an error message, 'Wrong Email or Password' when logging in into Board.Vision.
This could be caused by:
1) You may have entered a non-registered email address.
2) You may have entered an incorrect password.
To resolve this issue:
1) Check with your Administrator which email address is registered into Board.Vision.
2) Ensure that your Caps Lock is off.
3) If you have forgotten your password, click on 'Don't remember your password?'
