If you had encountered the following error message, 'Oops! Session Timeout. Try re-login again.' when logging to Board.Vision, it is because your login page has expired.
For iOS and Android Users:
You will be automatically signed out from your Board.Vision account, after three consecutive days inactivity, OR after you have remained logged in for 30 consecutive days.
For Desktop / Laptop Users:
You will be automatically signed out from your Board.Vision account, after 30 minutes inactivity.
To resolve this issue:
1) For iOS and Android Users: You will need to force quit the app, then open it again.
2) For Desktop / Laptop Users: You will need to refresh the Board.Vision login page https://app.board.vision, then log in with your credentials.
