Board.Vision uses multiple providers and phone numbers (e.g. Singtel / Starhub / M1) to send OTP messages for security and redundancy purposes. Irrespective to the source phone number, the OTP you receive will not affect your approvals.

Additionally, Board.Vision allows you to request for a new OTP (in case of failed deliveries) 60 seconds after the prior request. Do note that when you request a new OTP, you will need to use only this new OTP for your approvals.

Alternatively, you may also use the Authy authentication app to generate an alternate OTP that does not rely on SMS.
