In this tutorial, we will walk you through the steps to view meeting details and access meeting minutes in Board.Vision.
Important Note: The Board.Vision web app is optimised and supported for desktop use on Google Chrome (version 65.0 and later) and Microsoft Edge (version 87.0 and later).
To view meeting details and access meeting minutes in Board.Vision:
1) Log in to Board.Vision using your registered email address and password.
2) Go to Meetings & Events and select the meeting you want to view.
4) On the meeting page, you can view:
Date & time
Venue
Participants & Viewers
Organiser details
To view the meeting minutes, scroll to Meeting Minutes and click the file name.
Important Note: Downloading of Meeting minutes is restricted for Auditors unless allowed by the Meeting Administrator.
