Welcome to Board.Vision Tutorials!

In this tutorial, we will walk you through the steps to view Meeting information and agenda documents.

Important Note: The Board.Vision web app is optimised and supported for desktop use on Google Chrome (version 65.0 and later) and Microsoft Edge (version 87.0 and later).

To view the Meeting information and agenda documents:

1) Log in to your Board.Vision account using your registered email address and password.

2) From your Home screen, apply the Meetings filter to locate your scheduled event, then click View Details

3) On the View Meeting page, click the Download Document button.

Note: Business Users will be able to download the set of Meeting documents for meetings with a Scheduled, Ongoing, or Ended status.

Understanding Your Downloaded ZIP File

Meeting documents will download to your device as a .zip file. Depending on the meeting setup and status, the unzipped folder may contain:

  • Agenda (Folder): Contains documents linked to agenda items. For agenda items set as For Approval (Online), this will include the Approval and Supporting documents.

  • Additional Documentation (Folder): Contains supplemental files uploaded by the Administrator.

  • Meeting Minutes (Folder): Included for Ended meetings if official Meeting Minutes have been published.

You have completed the tutorial on how to download a set of Meeting documents.
