One of the reasons that cause text missing in the document after being uploaded to Board.Vision is because the document you have uploaded is in PDF Form format. PDF Form format is not supported in Board.Vision.


To resolve this issue, you can convert the document from PDF Form to PDF format before uploading it to Board.Vision.


To convert the document from PDF Form to PDF format:


1) Right-click on your PDF Form, select Open with Google Chrome. 

2) Fill in the form as necessary. Then, click on the Print icon at to top right.



3) On the Print pop-up window, select Save as PDF from the Destination dropdown list. 



4) Once the PDF Form has been successfully converted to PDF format,  you may then proceed to upload it to Board.Vision.
