If you're not receiving an expected push notification from Board.Vision, it is possible you have disallowed push notification for the Board.Vision app on your iPhone or iPad.
To allow push notification for the Board.Vision app on your iPhone or iPad:
1) From your device's home screen, tap the “Settings” icon.
2) From the Settings menu, tap on “Notifications”.
3) From the Notifications menu, find the app you wish to receive push notifications from.
4) Next, tap on “Allow Notifications”. Then, select your preferred push notification option(s):
- Lock Screen
- Notification Centre
- Banners
