Welcome to Board.Vision Tutorials. In this tutorial, we will walk you through the steps to upload signed minutes.
Important Note:
- Board.Vision web app is supported on Google Chrome (version 65.0 and later) and Microsoft Edge (version 87.0 and later).
- You can upload minutes to a Meeting with an Ended status only.
To upload signed minutes:
1) Log in to your Board.Vision account using your registered email address and password.
2) From the left navigation menu, go to Meetings & Events, and click on a Meeting name with an Ended status.
3) On the View Meeting page, click on Upload Signed Minutes.
4) On the Upload Signed Minutes pop-up window, select to drag and drop a PDF file from your device or import from the Record Management.
5) Enter the document details, such as Document Title, Recused Participants and/or Recused User Groups (if any), Description (if any), and Tag (for classification).
Note: Only the File and Document Title fields are mandatory.
If you wish to restrict users from downloading the document, uncheck the “Allow download” option.
6) Then, select the following options:
a) Notify via Email and/or Push Notification by checking the respective boxes.
b) Under Notify Participants & Executive Assistants, select the Business Users and their EAs you wish to notify.
Then, click Confirm.
Important Note: Click the arrow-down icon next to the "Notify Participants & Executive Assistants header to expand the list of participants and EAs.
7) To edit, replace or delete the document(s) that you have uploaded, click on the following icons.
You have completed the tutorial on how to upload signed minutes and notify the participants and viewers of a Meeting that has ended.
