Yes, this is because the Board.Vision approval process employs a two-factor authentication.
The first authentication is the user's email and password required for logging into Board.Vision. The second authentication is the single-use One-Time Password (OTP), generated and delivered to a user's registered device, to authenticate the Director's identity and capture his decision during the approval process. The e-signature is merely optical.
