Upon request by our client, or after the expiry of the contract, a request would be generated to the Board.Vision Customer Experience (CX) team which in turn would be passed to our IT team to purge the data.
Under our SOP, our IT team will run scripts and take manual action. When we do purging, it is a hard delete, meaning all client data is permanently wiped off everywhere in our system. No backup or residual data will be left.
