We have added a new function in the Approvals module, that allows the Administrators to enter the approval date when uploading an offline decision on behalf of a Director.
Below is a comparison of the previous and current designs for your reference.
|On the Upload Offline Decision pop-up window, we have added a new section that allows the Administrator to enter a Director's approval date.|
On the View Approval page, under Individual Responses, we have displayed the Director's approval date (see red box) and the Administrator's submission date (see yellow box).
On the COC report, under the Individual Responses List, we have displayed the Director's approval date (see red box) and the Administrator's submission date (see yellow box).
On the COC report, within the Authentication Audit section, we have added an 'Offline decision date xx-xx-xxxx' under the Participant’s Time Stamp column (see red box).
We have also added another paragraph that states the Administrator’s details and timestamp (see yellow box).
