Yes, Board.Vision allows users to share or import a Meeting event to external calendars.
When an Administrator publishes a Meeting, an email notification will be sent out to all the participants.
An ICS file (iCalendar file) is attached to the Meeting notification i.e. event.ics (see red box).
This file format allows you to share the calendar entry with other users or to import the Meeting event to your existing external calendars such as Google or Outlook Calendar.
It will contain information such as the name of the Meeting event, location, start time, end time, and sometimes a short description of the scheduled Meeting event.
