In this tutorial, we will walk you through the steps to enable Face ID on your iPhone.
To enable Face ID on your iPhone:
1) Log in to the Board.Vision App with your registered email address and password.
2) Once you have logged in, you will be directed to your Upcoming Items.
3) Depending on your company's settings:
- If the 4-digit PIN feature is enabled, force close the Board.Vision app.
- If the 4-digit PIN feature is disabled, simply minimize the Board.Vision app.
Reopen the Board.Vision app.
5) When prompted with "Do you want to allow 'Board.Vision' to use Face ID?", tap OK.
Face ID has now been enabled for your Board.Vision account.
You have successfully enabled Face ID on your iPhone.
If you had missed the step, you could turn on Face ID for Board.Vision App in your Settings.
