We have made improvements to the Approval and File Information PDF documents in the Approval archive report.

When an Administrator archives an Approval and downloads the Approval archive report, all it's related documents will be compressed into a zip folder which will include the following:

  • Supporting Document (Folder) if applicable
  • Post Approval Document (Folder) if applicable
  • User Submitted Documents (Folder) if applicable
  • Approval Information (PDF)
  • File Information (PDF)

Previously, the Approval Information PDF lacked an envelope ID at the top of each page, and the File Information PDF displayed 'True' or 'False' based on the 'Allow download' setting set by the Administrators.

Now, with our enhancements, the Approval Information PDF includes an envelope ID at the top of each page, and the File Information PDF simply states 'Yes' or 'No' to indicate the 'Allow download' status.

Below is a comparison of the previous and current designs for your reference. 

1) Approval Information

Previous Design

- The Approval Information PDF lacked an envelope ID at the top of each page.

Current Design

- The Approval Information PDF document now includes an envelope ID at the top of each page.

2) File Information

Previous Design 

- The File Information PDF displayed 'True' or 'False' based on the 'Allow download' set by the Administrator.
Current Design

- The File Information PDF simply 
states 'Yes' or 'No' to indicate the 'Allow download' status set by the Administrator.
