We have added several enhancements to the Add Signatories field when the Preparer creates a document for signing under the SmartSign module.
Below is a comparison of the previous and current designs for your reference.
1) We have updated "Add Me" to "Add Signatory". The Preparer can now use this function to include a non-Board.Vision user.

2) Previously, when the Preparer clicked on "Add BV User," the signatories' mobile numbers were not displayed on the "Search to Add Signatory" pop-up window and the "Add Signatories" field. Now, the signatories' mobile numbers will be visible on both fields.

Note: After adding a Board.Vision User as a signatory, his/her Name, Email Address, and Mobile Number are non-editable. The Preparer can only select/deselect the 'Send OTP via Email' or 'Send OTP via Mobile' checkboxes. Please refer to the user guide below on creating a document for e-signature for more information.
