We have added a function to allow Business Users to save their signature via 'Saved Signature' on desktop/laptop for e-signing of Approvals.
Below is a comparison of the previous and current designs for your reference.
Previous Design - Once the Business Users clicked on their profile icon at the top right of the screen, the dropdown menu did not provide them an option to save their signature. | |
Current Design - Once the Business Users click on their profile icon at the top right of the screen, a dropdown menu will appear, including the "Saved Signature" option. Upon clicking on Saved Signature, Business Users will be prompted with the "My Signature" pop-up screen, where they can proceed to save their signature. If they had saved their signature previously via mobile devices, their signature will be auto-populated on this screen, and they can choose to save a new signature or upload a signature image from their desktop/laptop. | |
