We have added a new smart feature, AI Document Assistant, designed to enhance your document review and approval process within Board.Vision.
Whether you're going through board papers or an approval document, the AI Document Assistant helps you quickly understand, summarise, and analyse the content.
Important Note: This enhancement was first made available on desktop/laptop on 01 Apr 2025 and is now extended to iPad and iPhone users.
Below is a comparison of the previous and current designs for your reference.
1) For iPad
Previous Design - Users had to read through full documents manually without assistance. |  |
Current Design - When viewing documents, users will now see the AI Document Assistant button at the top-right corner of the screen. - Click the button to activate the assistant and let AI help you quickly understand and analyse document content. - You can also chat with the AI to ask questions or request summaries directly within the document view. |   |
