We have made improvements to the Planning & Scheduling module, allowing Business Users to vote on the proposed dates submitted by others.


What’s New:

  • Previously, Business Users could not view and vote for proposed dates submitted by other Business Users on Android.
  • Now, they can view and vote on their availability for these proposed dates.



Note: 

1) Administrators must enable the "Allow Business Users to vote on proposed dates submitted by other Business Users" under the Settings section.

2)The names of the Business Users who proposed the dates will be displayed alongside the newly proposed dates. 

3) This feature was first rolled out to desktop/laptop users on 19 Dec 2024 and iPad/iPhone users on 16 Apr 2025, and is now extended to Android devices.
