Welcome to Board.Vision Tutorials!

In this tutorial, we will walk you through the steps to tag other users in your comments.

Important Note: The Board.Vision web app is optimised and supported for desktop use on Google Chrome (version 65.0 and later) and Microsoft Edge (version 87.0 and later).

To tag other users in your comments:

1) Log in to your Board.Vision account using your registered email address and password.

2) Open the document and click on the Actions button located at the bottom right.

3) Click on Collaboration.

NoteOnce Collaboration is enabled, you will be annotating a shared copy of the document. Your annotations will be visible to other Business Users and Administrators, and multiple users can annotate simultaneously.

4) Click on the Comment button at the top right of the screen.

5) Click on any part of the document page where you wish to leave a comment. A dialogue box will appear.

6) Click "@" in the comment box to bring up a dropdown menu of all users (participants and Administrators). Select the user(s) you wish to mention.

7) Type your message and click the up arrow (send) button.

The tagged user(s) will receive an email notification and can view your comment directly within the document.
