In this tutorial, we will walk you through the steps to download responses.
Important Note: The Board.Vision web app is optimised and supported for desktop use on Google Chrome (version 65.0 and later) and Microsoft Edge (version 87.0 and later).
To download responses:
1) Log in to your Board.Vision account using your registered email address and password.
2) From the left navigation menu, go to Survey Questionnaire. Click on Select Action and select Download Response.
3) Select your preferred export format and scope:
PDF Export: Choose whether to download individual responses or all responses combined into a PDF.
Excel or Word Export: Alternatively, download the complete response summary in Excel (.xlsx) or Word (.docx) format.
