How to Share a Survey

Welcome to Board.Vision Tutorials!

In this tutorial, we will walk you through the steps to share a survey.

Board.Vision allows you to distribute or resend your survey in two ways:

Resend Email: Send an email notification directly to respondents who have not yet completed the survey.
Copy Link: Copy the direct survey link to share externally (e.g., via messaging apps or external emails).

Important Note: The Board.Vision web app is optimised and supported for desktop use on Google Chrome (version 65.0 and later) and Microsoft Edge (version 87.0 and later).

To share a survey:

1) Log in to your Board.Vision account using your registered email address and password.

2) From the left navigation menu, go to Survey Questionnaire, and click on Select Action. Then, select Share.

3) Use the Share button next to your survey to easily resend the email notification to respondents or copy the direct link to share externally.

Resend Email: Send an email notification directly to respondents who have not yet completed the survey. Remove/add their emails from the 'Add Recipient Emails' section as required and click Confirm.
Copy Link: Copy the direct survey link to share externally (e.g., via messaging apps or external emails).
