In this tutorial, we will walk you through the steps to import survey questions from a PDF or Word document.
Important Note: The Board.Vision web app is optimised and supported for desktop use on Google Chrome (version 65.0 and later) and Microsoft Edge (version 87.0 and later).
To import survey questions from a PDF or Word document:
1) Log in to your Board.Vision account using your registered email address and password.
2) From the left navigation menu, go to Survey Questionnaire. Create a new survey using Templates or +Add Survey.

3) On the Add Survey page, enter the required survey details and configure your preferred settings.
You can configure the following:
- Survey Name and Description
- Deadline – Specify the closing date and time for responses.
- Allow recipient to edit their submission – Allow respondents to edit their answers after submitting.
- Allow recipient to save submission as draft – Allow respondents to save their progress and complete the survey before the deadline.
- Recipients – Enter recipient email addresses manually or click Add BV User to select existing Board.Vision users.
Click Next to proceed.

4) On the next page, click Import Survey and upload your PDF or Word document containing the survey questions.

5) Choose how you want to import the questions:
- Add to Existing – Add the imported questions to your existing survey questions.
- Replace Existing – Replace your existing survey questions with the imported questions.

6) Click Preview to review the imported questions and make any necessary changes before activating your survey.
