iPad Users – New Meeting UI Enhancements for the Meetings Module

We have enhanced the Meetings module to support multi-day meetings, meeting lifecycle tracking and visibility of multiple presenters.

What’s New?

iPad users can now view multi-day meeting schedules and lifecycle statuses, while administrators can assign multiple presenters to each agenda item. The sections below explain these enhancements and show the previous and enhanced designs.

1. Multi-Day Meetings

Meetings can now span multiple days, with exact Start and End dates/times displayed directly on the Home and Completed screens.

2. New Status Badges

Track meeting progress with two new statuses:

• Pending Finalisation: Scheduled time has ended; open for final edits by Administrator.

• Finalised: Meeting is locked as an official record.

3. Multiple Presenters per Agenda Item

Administrators can now assign multiple presenters to a single agenda item.
