Wrong Email or Password

A wrong email or password error typically occurs due to one of the following reasons:

  1. You may have entered an email address that is not registered with Board.Vision.

  2. You may have entered an incorrect password.


How to resolve this issue:

  1. Check with your Administrator to confirm the email address registered in Board.Vision.

  2. Ensure that your Caps Lock is off when typing your password.

  3. If you’ve forgotten your password, click on ‘Forgot password?’ on the login screen and follow the instructions to reset it.
