Unable to Sign in to Board.Vision Account Using Face ID on iPhone or iPad

Board.Vision supports Face ID login on compatible iPhone and iPad devices.


When logging in for the first time, you will see a prompt:
“Do you want to allow ‘Board.Vision’ to use Face ID?”

  • To enable Face ID, tap OK.

 

If you previously selected Don’t Allow, you can enable it later under your iPhone/iPad Settings.


To turn on your face ID for Board.Vision app:


Step 1. Open the Setting app


Step 2. Select Face ID & Passcode


Step 3. Enter your iPhone passcode. 


Step 4. Under Use Face ID For, tap on Other Apps


Step 5. Switch to ‘Toggle on’ the Board.Vision app to allow to use of Face ID for unlocking. 


Tip: If Face ID continues not to work, try signing in with your email and password, then re-enable Face ID in the app settings.
