Welcome to Board.Vision Tutorials!

In this tutorial, we will walk you through the steps to act on an Approval with a Face / Touch ID.

Important Note: You will be able to use Face / Touch ID only for Approvals that do not require a one-time password (OTP).

To act on an Approval with a Face / Touch ID:

1) Log in to the Board.Vision App with your registered email address and password.

2) Tap on the approval under Upcoming Items.

3) On the Approval document,

a) Tap the Supporting button (see blue box) at the bottom right corner, to view the supporting documents associated with the Approval.

b) Tap the Action (see red box) to view the other available options.

4) To leave a comment, select Add Remarks.

Note: Remarks are visible to Administrators and Participants. Remarks cannot be added after submitting your response.

5) Select ApproveDisapprove, or Abstain (if enabled).

6) If you have entered any remarks earlier, once you have tapped on a response action, an Edit Remark window will pop up.

Amend as required, then tap on Continue.

7) Next, a screen will pop up reflecting your response selection with your saved signature. Tap on Continue to proceed.

8) Then, you will be required to use your Face or Touch ID to proceed with your action.

9) Once authentication is successful, your response will be recorded and visible on the document. Administrators will be notified immediately.
