How to View an Approval Document as An Observer

Welcome to Board.Vision Tutorials!

In this tutorial, we will walk you through the steps to view an approval as an Observer.  

Important Note: 

• Board.Vision web app is supported on Google Chrome (version 65.0 and later) and Microsoft Edge (version 87.0 and later).
• Observers are able to view the Approval and Supporting Documents, as well as details for Open Approvals. However, Observers will not be able to take any action on the Approval. They are only permitted to annotate the documents. 

To view an approval as an Observer:

1) Log in to your Board.Vision account using your registered email address and password. 

2) From the left navigation menu, go to Approvals and click the Approval Name. 

3) On this screen, you will be able to view the following details:

• Deadline

• Approval Document

• Supporting Document (if any)

• Voters (for open approvals only)

The document will be displayed on the right side of the screen for your review.

Click on the Actions button at the bottom right of the screen. 

4) You can share your annotations with other Administrators and Business Users via the Collaboration feature from the pop-up menu.
