How to Search for Documents in the All Documents Tab

Welcome to Board.Vision Tutorials. In this tutorial, we will walk you through the steps to search for the related documents in the All Documents tab. 

Important Note: Board.Vision web app is supported on Google Chrome (version 65.0 and later) and Microsoft Edge (version 87.0 and later).  

To search for the related document in the All Documents tab:

1) Log in to your Board.Vision account using your registered email address and password.

2) From the left navigation menu, select Documents. Enter a keyword (such as a document name or event name) in the search bar to find what you’re looking for. 

By clicking on the Document Name, the document will open in a new tab. Clicking on the Approval or Meeting Name will take you to the respective event page.

Below is a comparison for your reference.

When you click on the document file name under the Document Title column, you will be directed to the pdf document in a new window.
When you click on the event name under the Associated To column, you will be directed to the respective event information page.
