We have introduced a function called Offline Sync on the iPad, allowing Business Users to conveniently access their Meetings, Approvals, or User Group documents without internet connection. By tapping on the Offline Sync button, users can initiate the download of documents, allowing offline accessibility within the Documents module.

 

Below is a comparison of the previous and current designs for your reference.  


1) Offline Sync for Meeting Documents

Previous Design

- There was no Offline Sync function on the Meeting information page. 

Current Design

- We have added an Offline Sync function on the Meeting information page located above the first Meeting agenda. 



2) Offline Sync for Approval Documents

Previous Design

- There was no Offline Sync function under the Approval information page.
Current Design

- We have added an Offline Sync function under the Approval information page located above the Approval document title.


3) Offline Sync for Meetings and Approvals Documents within the Documents module

Previous Design

- There was no Offline Sync function under the Event Files section.
Current Design

- We have added an Offline Sync function under the Event Files section.


4) Offline Sync for User Group documents within the Documents module


Previous Design

- There was no Offline Sync function under the User Group Files section.
Current Design

- We have added an Offline Sync function under the User Group Files section.


Important Note:


In offline mode, 


1) Users are limited to accessing only the Documents module. The Board Space will be available on iPad in a future enhancement.


2) Users will not be able to act on Approvals. 


3) Users can annotate Meetings, Approvals, and User Group documents and their annotations will be synchronised with the server when the connection is restored.
