How to Copy a Document Link for Sending

Welcome to Board.Vision Tutorials. In this tutorial, we will walk you through the steps to copy a document link for sending.


Important Note: The Board.Vision web app is optimised and supported for desktop use on Google Chrome (version 65.0 and later) and Microsoft Edge (version 87.0 and later).



To copy a document link for sending:


1) Log in to your Board.Vision account using your registered email address and password. 


2) Once you are logged in, click on SmartSign from the left menu.  


3) Click on the Select Action button under the "Action" column. 

Then, select Notify from the pop-up menu.  


4) Once you have clicked on the notify button, a "Notify Pending Signatories" window will pop up. Click the Copy Document Link button, and then click Cancel if you do not wish to re-notify the survey via email notification.


5) A message will appear confirming that the link has been copied. You can then share this link with the Signatory via email, SMS, or other messaging apps. 


You have successfully copied a document link for sending.
