We have enhanced the Set Reminder feature for the Survey Questionnaire, providing Surveyors with greater flexibility in scheduling automated reminders. With this enhancement, Surveyors can now:  

  • Set a specific date and time for the reminder to be sent. 

    • Enable recurring reminders to automatically notify respondents at regular intervals. 


Below is a comparison of the previous and current designs for your reference.  


 Previous Design 


- The "Set Reminder" screen did not allow Surveyors to set specific date and time or recurring automated reminders.



Current Design

- We have added the following options on the "Set Reminder" screen, allowing Surveyors to select:
  • Single Reminder - To set a specific date and time for the reminder to be sent.


  • Recurring Reminder - To enable recurring reminders to automatically notify respondents at specified intervals (daily, weekly, or monthly)
