We have introduced a new Archive function that allows Administrators to efficiently manage records within the Register of Directors, CEOs, Secretaries, and Auditors modules.


Key Enhancements:

  • One-Step Archiving – Administrators can now archive both Present and Past appointments effortlessly.
  • Bulk Download of Supporting Documents – Previously, only the main table could be downloaded, while supporting documents had to be accessed individually. Now, all related documents can be downloaded in a single click for greater convenience.


Note: The Archive function enables Administrators to download the Register and supporting documents for offline record-keeping. This process does not modify or remove any records in the Board.Vision system—the BV Registers remain unchanged. 


Below is a comparison of the previous and current designs for your reference.


1) Archiving in the Register of Directors Module:


Previous Design

- The "Register of Directors" page did not have an Archive function.
Current Design

- We have added an Archive function located next to the Remove from Register button on the "Register of Directors" page.








2) Archiving in the Register of CEOs Module:


Previous Design

- The "Register of CEOs" page did not have an Archive function.
Current Design

- We have added an
 Archive function located next to the Remove from Register button on the "Register of CEOs" page.


 


3) Archiving in the Register of Secretaries Module:


Previous Design

- The "Register of Secretaries" page did not have an Archive function.

- We have added an Archive function located next to the Remove from Register button on the "Register of Secretaries" page.






4) Archiving in the Register of Auditors Module:


Previous Design

- The "Register of Auditors" page did not have an Archive function.
