Welcome to Board.Vision Tutorials. In this tutorial, we will guide you through the steps to enable or disable the 'The newly registered secretary will be automatically named as the Company Secretary by default' option for the Register of Secretaries. 


Important Note: The Board.Vision web app is optimised and supported for desktop use on Google Chrome (version 65.0 and later) and Microsoft Edge (version 87.0 and later). 


To enable or disable the 'The newly registered secretary will be automatically named as the Company Secretary by default' option for the Register of Secretaries:


1) Go to your Profile Picture and select Global Settings from the dropdown.



2) Scroll down to the Register Settings section and click on the checkbox to enable the option.


3) Once updated, any time you add a new company secretary to the Register of Secretaries, the 'Named Company Secretary' checkbox will be selected by default.
