You may encounter instances where certain companies are not reflected under the Distribution List on the PDF disclosure form, as shown below:
If this occurs, kindly ensure either of the following:
For non-BV companies - The Company Secretary’s email address has been entered under Section 156 of the related companies.
For BV companies - The Company Administrator has confirmed the Company Secretary's appointment and selected the ‘Named Company Secretary’ checkbox under the Register of Secretaries module.

3. The Company Secretary’s email has been selected in the Distribution List pop-up window before circulation.
These steps ensure that the company and its associated CoSec are properly linked, allowing them to appear in the PDF distribution list.
