User Account Activation Link Has Expired

Modified on Fri, 10 Oct at 5:31 PM

When a new user is created in Board.Vision, an account activation link is sent to their registered email address. This link is valid for 10 days. If the link has expired, follow the steps below to reactivate your account.

1. Error Message

If you click on an expired activation link, you will see the message:
“User Account Activation Link Has Expired.”

2. What to Do Next

If your activation link has expired, you can still access your account by resetting your password.

  1. Go to the Board.Vision login page.

  2. Enter your registered email address and click Continue.

  3. Click on “Forgot Password” and click Continue once more.

3. Receive a Password Reset Link

Note: These steps are the same as the standard password reset process.

  • You will receive a new email with the subject line: “Board.Vision – Reset your password” (remember to check your Junk/Spam folder if you don’t see it).

  • Click the link in the email to complete the process.

4. Tips to Avoid Expiration

  • Activate your account as soon as you receive the email from notifications@board.vision.

  • If you cannot find the email, check your Spam / Junk folder.

  • Add notifications@board.vision to your safe sender list to avoid missing future emails.
