How to View Voters' Remarks in the Approval

Welcome to Board.Vision Tutorials! 

In this tutorial, we will walk you through the steps to view voters' remarks in the Approval.

Note: This article applies to Board.Vision iPad app version 3.5.1 (Legacy UI). To experience the new iPad UI, we encourage users to update their iPadOS to 17.0 or later to ensure continued access to future Board.Vision app updates, new features, and enhancements.

To view voters' remarks: 

1) Log in to the Board.Vision App with your registered email address and password.

2) Once you have logged in, you will be directed to your "Board Space".

3) Tap on the Approval from the Current Schedule. 

4) On the Approval page, tap on Show Voters on the left of your screen. 

5) Under the voter's name, tap on View Remarks. 

6) The user's remark will appear on the following pop-up screen.
