To safeguard record integrity, Board.Vision now locks details for ceased appointments in the Registers module, preventing information overwrites when user profiles are modified.
Scope of Enhancement
This update applies to ceased records across the following registers:
- Register of Directors
- Register of CEOs
- Register of Secretaries
- Register of Auditors
- Register of Members (Individual member type only)
Key Highlights
- Frozen Historical Snapshots: Details captured at the time of cessation (name, ID No., address) are locked and preserved as a permanent historical record.
- Safe Profile & Bulk Edits: Updating user’s details via the Admin Dashboard or User's Profile will no longer overwrite records listed in the Past section.
Note: This enhancement takes effect for appointments ceased after the release date.
