In this article, we will walk you through the steps on how to activate your Board.Vision account and access it on an iPhone.

Once you have been added to Board.Vision as a user, download the "Board.Vision" application from App Store.

1. Logging In

Once you open Board.Vision app, you will be presented with the login screen.

To log in, you'll enter your email address and then select Continue.

On the following screen, enter your password and select Continue. If your organisation utilises single sign-on (SSO), you are only required to enter your email address.

3. Switching Companies

If you have access to multiple companies, open the company selection screen or company-switching option.

Select the company you wish to access and verify that you are viewing the correct company before opening its meetings, documents, or approvals.

4. Save or Update Your E-Signature

Tap on the Menu icon on the bottom menu bar and tap on Settings.

Tap on Saved Signature.

If you have an existing signature, it will be displayed. To remove it, tap the Eraser icon in the top-right corner.

Sign within the white box, then tap Update to save your signature.

5. Meetings & Events

5.1 Viewing Meeting Information

From your Home screen, locate the relevant meeting and tap for more information.

On the Meeting page, you can view the meeting's basic information, including the date and time.

  • Tap More Info to view additional details, such as the venue, meeting link (if available), and participants.
  • Tap the Agenda Title to view the related agenda documents. A red dot on the document icon indicates the document has not yet been read.

5.2 Adding Personal and Shared Annotations

Personal annotations allow you to mark up your own copy of a document without sharing your notes with other users.

Collaboration annotations allow you to discuss specific sections of a document with other authorised Business Users or administrators.

  • Open the document and tap the Pen icon at the top of the screen to do the annotation on the personal copy.

  • To add shared annotations, tap Actions and select Collaboration.

5.3 Use AI Assistance on Documents

Tap on the AI Assistant feature at the top right of your screen.

Choose from the built-in AI prompts to get instant insights, or type your own question.

You can review the AI’s response and continue interacting as needed.

6. Approvals

6.1 Reviewing and Acting on an Approval

From the home screen, tap on the approval that requires action.

Review the document and tap the Supporting button to review the attached files

Tap Action (bottom right) to view the available options.

Tap Add Remark to leave a comment if enabled by your Administrator. Proceed to Approve, Disapprove, or Abstain (if applicable).

Enter the 6-digit OTP sent via Email or SMS.

7. Planning & Scheduling

7.1 Voting on Proposed Meeting Dates

From the Home screen, click on the schedule that requires action.

Under Mark Your Availability, indicate your availability by selecting Yes or No for each proposed date.

If enabled by your Administrator, you can also vote on dates proposed by other users under the New Proposed Dates section. Once you've made your selections, tap Update.

At the bottom of your screen, tap the Add Remark option if you wish to include any comments or remarks, or tap Add Propose Date to propose alternative meeting dates.

You will be able to view your proposed date(s) under the New Proposed Date section.

Note:

  • Any dates proposed by other Business Users or added by Administrators will also be displayed in this section.
  • Other Business Users will be able to vote on your proposed dates if Administrators enabled the setting.
  • You may amend your votes at any time before the deadline.
