I am Not Receiving Email Notifications from Board.Vision

If you are not receiving email notifications from Board.Vision, please check the following:


1. Check Your Spam or Junk Folder

The email may have been delivered to your Spam or Junk folder.
If you find the email there, mark it as Not Spam to ensure future notifications are delivered to your inbox.


2. Verify Your Registered Email Address

Ensure that you are checking the email account registered with your Board.Vision user profile.
If you are using a different email account, the notifications will not appear there.


3. Check with Your IT Team

Your organisation’s email system may be blocking notifications from Board.Vision.

Please ask your IT personnel to whitelist the following email address:

notifications@board.vision


This will allow Board.Vision notifications to be delivered successfully.
