If the Board.Vision app is not responding, you can try the following steps to resolve the issue:
1. Force quit the app and reopen it
On iPhone X or later / iPad Pro or later
Swipe up from the bottom of the screen to the middle area.
Locate the Board.Vision app in the app switcher.
Swipe up on the app to close it.
On iPhone 8 or earlier / iPad mini or earlier
Double-click the Home button.
Locate the Board.Vision app in the app switcher.
Swipe up on the app to close it.
2. Reinstall the app
Open the Settings app.
Tap General > iPhone Storage (or iPad Storage).
Tap Board.Vision > Offload App.
Tap Reinstall App and wait for the installation to complete.
3. Restart your device
Restart your iPhone or iPad, then reopen the Board.Vision app.
4. Check for updates
Ensure that both your device software and Board.Vision app are updated to the latest versions.
