Troubleshooting Loading or Login Issues on Mobile Devices

Clear Safari Cache


If you experience loading or login issues on Board.Vision using mobile devices, try clearing your Safari cache:


iPad / iPhone (Safari)

  1. Open Settings.

  2. Tap Safari.

  3. Tap Clear History and Website Data.


Android (Chrome)

  1. Open Chrome.

  2. Tap the three-dot menu.

  3. Tap History.

  4. Tap Clear browsing data.
