Welcome to Board.Vision Tutorials. In this tutorial, we will walk you through the steps to send a reminder or notify pending signatories.
Important Note: The Board.Vision web app is optimized and supported for desktop use on Google Chrome (version 65.0 and later) and Microsoft Edge (version 87.0 and later).
To send a reminder or notify pending signatories:
1) Log in to your Board.Vision account using your registered email address and password.
2) Once you are logged in, click on SmartSign from the left menu.
3) Click on the Select Action button under the "Action" column.
4) Then, select Notify from the pop-up menu.
Note: Preparer can only send reminders or notify pending signatories when the document is in "In Circulation" status.
5) Once you have clicked on the notify button, a "Notify Pending Signatories" window will pop up. Select the checkboxes of the Signatories you wish to notify, and click Send.
6) Once the reminder has been sent out successfully, the signatories will receive a separate email from notifications@board.vision with the title "<Company Name>: SmartSign reminder - Preparer has sent you a document to review and sign”.
