This new enhancement allows Business Users to sync documents for offline access directly within the Board Space module on iPad, eliminating the need to switch to the Documents module.
This enhancement makes it easier and faster to prepare for meetings while on the go, including reviewing and approving documents more efficiently.
How it works:
- Tap the Offline Sync button on the top right corner of each event within Current Schedule.
- The documents related to your selected Meetings or Approvals will be downloaded for offline access.
Below is a comparison of the previous and current designs for your reference.
Previous Design - There was no Offline Sync function within the "Current Schedule" in the Board Space module. |  |
Current Design - Business Users can now tap on the Offline Sync button on the top right corner of each event within their "Current Schedule" in the Board Space module. | 1) Tap on the Sync button. 2) After tapping the Offline Sync button, a screen indicating that syncing is in progress will appear. Kindly wait for a while.  3) A “Tick” icon will appear once synchronization is complete.  |
