In February 2024, we introduced the Offline Sync function on the iPad, allowing Business Users to conveniently access their Meetings, Approvals, or User Group documents without internet connection. By tapping the Offline Sync button, Business Users can download documents for offline access within the Documents module.
Now, Business Users can also access their Board Space while offline.
Below is a comparison of the previous and current designs for your reference.

In offline mode,
1) Users are limited to accessing the Board Space and Documents module.
2) Users will not be able to act on Approvals and Schedules.
3) Users can annotate Meetings, Approvals, and User Group documents and their annotations will be synchronised with the server when the internet connection is restored.
