We have made improvements to provide Business Users with a 'Switch' option, allowing them to choose to receive an one-time password ("OTP") via SMS or email.
Previously, Business Users could only receive the OTP via SMS.
Important Note: This enhancement, first introduced for desktop and laptop users during August 2024 and subsequently for iPad users during Jan 2025, is now available for iPhone users:
For Business Users
- Taking action on Approvals that require OTP.
a. Approve

c. Abstain
- Taking action on Approvals that require OTP from the Business User Dashboard To-do-list.

- Business Users could only receive an OTP via SMS.

- The new OTP Verification pop-up screen allows Business Users to tap on the "Switch to Email OTP" button to receive an OTP via email or proceed to enter the OTP sent via SMS.
