Allowing Administrators to Upload Multiple Documents in the Record Management System

You can now upload multiple documents at once into the Record Management System.

  • Previously, documents had to be uploaded one at a time.

  • With this update, users can select and upload several documents in a single action.


This enhancement reduces repetitive steps and makes managing large volumes of documents more efficient.


Note: This feature is also available to Business Users.


Below is a comparison of the previous and current designs for your reference. 


Previous Design

- When Administrators clicked on the Upload Document button, they were only able to upload one document at a time.
Current Design

- When Administrators click on the Upload Document button, they are able to select Single or Multiple Documents from the dropdown.
